Breakfast included

20 square metre room with private bathroom:

March, April, October and November (until 15/11)

• single use: 60 euros per person per night with breakfast
• double use: 85 euros (for 2 people) per night with breakfast

May, until 14 June and from 16 September

• single use: 65 euros per person per night with breakfast
• double use: 90 euros (for 2 people) per night with breakfast

from 15 June until 15 September

• single use: 70 euros per person per night with breakfast
• double use: 95  euros (for 2 people) per night with breakfast

General information

Children under 3 years: free
Children from 3 to 12 years:
30 euros per child per night including breakfast.
Tourist tax: 1 euro per person (from 14 years old) per night up to 4 consecutive days maximum. 

Minimum stay: 2 nights – July and August: 3 nights

Arrival days:
from 01/07 to 31/08: Saturday or Wednesday.
from 1/3 to 30/6 and from 1/9 to 15/1: flexible arrival

Deposit: 30% of the total booking amount to be paid within 7 days of confirmation.

On the day of arrival you can enter the room from 3 p.m. and on the day of departure we ask you to leave the room before 10 a.m.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the premises. You can smoke outside in the courtyard garden or on the terrace.

We like animals but are not equipped to accommodate them in our B&B.
